I rent a car from here every year when I go to Guam. The airport staff are always efficient and kind! This time, even though I booked five months in advance, I was given the oldest car I've ever received, which was a bit disappointing. Next time, I would definitely like a car with a smart key!

October 2025: I had a minor damage incident in the hotel parking lot (my car was stationary). They handled it well and quickly arranged for a replacement car (although I was charged a deductible). I think you can rent from them with peace of mind. I always rent the cheapest car.
