If you're only staying at the resort, you probably don't need to rent a car, but if you plan on going out and shopping, renting a car is a must. Parking isn't difficult, and driving is easier than in Korea, so if you're going to take taxis, I definitely recommend renting a car. And the cars are in excellent condition. I looked them up and found out that Nissan recently replaced their entire fleet. I'm extremely satisfied with my Nissan rental car.

#197874Versa Perhaps because I arrived late in the morning, there was no general guidance...and there wasn't enough information about returning the car to the airport (previously, the information and the car return staff were in the parking lot). The car was in good condition, but the car upgrade benefit for the 6-day rental seemed lacking! The best part is that it's available right at the airport.

I returned it properly, but the interior light was broken, so they said they would take it to the supermarket the next day and charge me the money. I put it back in its original position right away, but they said the same thing. I didn't even touch it, so it seems to be defective. I have no desire to go to Guam again. If I were a regular customer, I would have upgraded the car and been more friendly.

It didn’t even have a remote key, and although I returned the car properly, the next day I was told by a supervisor that the interior room light had fallen off and that I might be charged for it.
However, I simply pressed it back in and it fit perfectly. I hadn’t touched it at all, so it seems the car was in poor condition to begin with.
This experience made me lose interest in ever visiting Guam again.
As a regular customer, I wish I had been treated with more kindness and perhaps offered an upgraded vehicle.

Since there were two adults, I requested and received beach chairs and enjoyed using them on the beach. They were much more comfortable than mats! I will use them again next time I go. ^^ Oh, and it would be good if you could add a description in the product description that the hotel pick-up is not done by bringing a car to the hotel, but by sending a staff member to the office. I was wondering why there was no contact, so I went out to the lobby a little after the appointment time, and a local staff member was waiting for me. I apologize.
